About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team of 3 in the Vietnam Office. The person filling this role will report directly to the Managing Director.

The Digital Marketing Analyst is a dual-focused role, equally dedicated to Amazon Advertising management and data analytics/reporting. You will be responsible for managing client advertising campaigns to drive growth on Amazon, while also handling large data sets, building insightful Power BI dashboards, and turning complex data into actionable recommendations.

This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and curious — especially about PPC (which we will train you on). You should be comfortable working with large Excel spreadsheets and complex formulas, as well as modeling data for meaningful insights. If you love working with data and are eager to learn Amazon Advertising deeply, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Business Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client use.

  • Clean, warehouse, and model large, complex data sets to produce actionable insights.

  • Apply and self-learn DAX functions to improve report functionalities and depth.

  • Work confidently with large Excel spreadsheets, using complex formulas for data analysis and validation.

  • Ensure data accuracy and high attention to detail in all reporting outputs.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for client decision-making.

Amazon Advertising Management

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust campaigns to achieve targets.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and campaign expansion.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.

  • Stay current with the latest Amazon Ads strategies and best practices.

  • Note: Prior experience with Amazon PPC is a plus, but not required. What matters is curiosity and a willingness to learn — we will train you to become a PPC expert.

Strategic Account Insights:

  • Evaluate client accounts holistically and provide recommendations beyond ads, such as SEO, product images, and copywriting improvements.

  • Engage with international clients to understand their products and goals, providing data-driven strategic feedback.

Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends in Amazon PPC, Power BI, and data analytics.

  • Share new strategies and findings with the team.

  • Commit to continuous skill development in both data analysis and digital advertising.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Accurate, insightful, and timely delivery of Power BI reports and data analysis.

  • Increase year-over-year revenue per client account.

  • Meet or exceed client ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) targets.

  • Maintain consistent performance across all assigned accounts.

  • Deliver tasks and projects on time, aligned with client deadlines.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (English-only work environment).

  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large spreadsheets and complex formulas.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI:

    • Building dashboards and reports.

    • Cleaning, warehousing, and modeling large datasets.

    • Implementing DAX functions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Curiosity and proactivity to learn Amazon Advertising (PPC). Prior experience is helpful but not required.

  • Passionate about continuous learning and growth.
